yaps stores account identifiers and profile details from sign-in providers, channel membership, room participation, product settings, shared artifacts and comments, and operational events needed to keep the service working.

When you join a live yap, yaps and its configured communication providers process the audio and room state needed to connect participants. Conversation context may also be used to create the artifacts and recaps shown in the room and feed.

yaps uses this information to provide authentication, channels, live rooms, artifact creation and sharing, support, security, debugging, and reliability monitoring.

yaps does not sell personal information. Data may be processed by configured providers that operate the product, including Clerk, Convex, Vercel, LiveKit, Apple, Google, and media or AI providers used for artifact generation.

Account and community data is retained while the account or service remains active, unless it is deleted earlier through product operations or by request.

To request access, export, correction, or deletion of yaps account data, contact the Creative Int operator who provisioned your access.
